Electricity Regulation 2017
Global law firm White & Case LLP has contributed to Electricity Regulation 2017, published by Getting the Deal Through. The book covers regulations in 32 jurisdictions with information for each jurisdiction presented in an accessible question and answer format. Kirsti Massie, Head of White & Case's Global Power Industry Group, and Daniel Hagan, Head of White & Case's Energy Markets & Regulatory Practice, were Co-Contributing Editors to the book.
The publication provides an overview of the global electricity sector, and its numerous challenges. It enables investors, lenders and government agencies to easily understand and compare renewable energy laws and incentives across all 32 jurisdictions.
