Feasibility Study on All Metal Induction Cooker Systems Considering Topology and Control
In this paper, characteristics of each topology
for all metal induction cooker systems are compared and
analyzed. For the evaluation, the same dimension of working
coils is designed and the resonant network of each topology are
analyzed by measuring equivalent R-L parameters of working
coils and vessels. Through the simulation result, power
dissipations of each topology are compared and analyzed.
Based on the analysis results, the suitable topology is selected,
and a prototype is implemented. The experimental results are
provided to verify the heating performance of the prototype
2.6kW for heating nonmagnetic vessels with selected topology
by measuring boil speed.
